Processing Time: Before shipping your order, we usually require 5-7 business days to prepare your product. Our cotton and linen products feature unique designs, involving more intricate processes that demand strict quality control and careful packaging. Please note that depending on availability, a small number of orders may still take 7-10 business days.

If your order includes one pre-order item, your package will be delivered on the date stated in the pre-order item's description (usually within 15-21 business days). If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your package will be delivered on the date stated for the pre-order item with the later date.

Shipping Time: Our standard shipping method typically takes 8-15 business days for delivery (in some cases, it may take 1-2 months due to longer distances, such as South Africa, etc.). For most places in the United States, expedited shipping will take 6-10 business days.

We will provide a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped, and you can also find the tracking number in your account.
